  • we liked it)))) garlic gives a certain piquancy))) though cheese is not very felt)) and more. it is better not to put on an accelerated mode ... let it cook for all 4 hours - it will turn out softer))))

Liquid rate up to 400 gr. flour should be approximately 280-300 ml.
The yeast rate is about 1-1.5 tsp.

I tried this bread, slightly changing the recipe. I put chopped greens into the despenser, I had celery, put chopped garlic on top of it and chopped cheese on top (I took suluguni). Thanks to the herbs, the cheese did not stick and everything spilled out into the dough on time. It turned out very tasty bread for some soup.

At first, everyone grumbled terribly at me that I didn't let anyone sleep, and then they ate all this bread. Not even a piece was left to photograph, because dad came in, admired, said: "What a handsome man!" and I gave him a big piece too.

The bread is delicious and beautiful. And so all rosy.
I took half of the hard yellow cheese and half of the white curd cheese. The white was all dissolved in the bread, and yellow cheese holes formed in place of the yellow.
I put 2 garlic cloves, they seemed small to me, the smell when baking is very strong! And then it cooled down and already slightly plowed.
And instead of serum I took water, there was simply no serum.

The recipe seems to be taken from the instructions for Panasonic. Only a mistake in flour, not 400g, but 600g (this is XL size of a loaf). I looked, all other components (including water) are indicated exactly on the largest loaf. Today I decided to bake, but with minor changes.
