Ingredients

bulb 1 large

oyster mushrooms 400g
water 1,5L
paprika 3st. l

marjoram

Cooking method

  • I slightly changed the recipe: I took frozen mushrooms instead of oyster mushrooms and cut fresh red pepper instead of paprika. In general, I took the number of products by eye, because I had to prepare 1 portion (I had only 1 suitable loaf of bread and soup prepared for the first time familiar to all family members)
  • So the recipe:
  • Finely chop the onion.
  • Melt butter in a saucepan (I poured vegetable oil because of fasting) and start frying the onions.

  • When it starts to acquire a golden color, add flour, mix well and fry a little.

  • Then add chopped oyster mushrooms and paprika, mix everything and cover with water.

  • Season with salt and pepper to taste, add a little ground cumin, stir again and cook for about 35-45 minutes, until mushrooms are tender.

  • At the end of cooking, add three chopped garlic cloves, marjoram and salt if necessary.
  • For a bread bowl, take a loaf of bread, scrape out a plate in it, make a lid and dry it slightly in the oven.
