Cabbage pie with batter in the Steba pressure cooker

Ingredients

Cabbage 500-600g
Egg 1 PC
Butter 50-70g
Dough:
Sour cream 150 g
Mayonnaise 150 g
Egg 2-3pcs
Flour 180-200g
Salt to taste
Baking powder 0.5h l.

Cooking method

  • Everyone has been familiar with these pies for a long time. We make them with potatoes and meat, many make pizza in a pan or in a multicooker based on a similar dough. But today I'm just showing an adaptation of this recipe for the Steba pressure cooker /
  • From all the ingredients for the dough, beat the batter with a whisk or fork, thick as pancakes or thick sour cream.
  • Chopped cabbage with Burner, mixed cabbage with raw egg, salt. pepper to taste.
  • Pour part of the dough into the bowl of the pressure cooker, put the cabbage + egg on the dough and crush the butter, pour the remaining dough onto the cabbage.
  • I also added cheese to the cabbage.
  • She baked on the Porridge mode at a pressure of 0.3.1 hours.
  • Then she turned it over and roasted for 10 minutes.
