Ingredients

Pork 1,800-2kg
Mustard 4st. l
Salt 2st. l
Ground black pepper 1h l with a slide
Chicken yolk 1 PC
Vegetable oil 50gr
Thyme and other spices for meat
Vinegar 2st. l
garlic

Cooking method

  • Stuff the pork with a whole piece (I take the ham, you can also the neck, but as for me, it turns out a little fatty) stuffed with garlic. Mix all the ingredients (I did it with a blender in a small bowl). Wrap the stuffed pork with culinary twine, you can also use thick threads, grease it with marinade and refrigerate it overnight. Then fry in a slow cooker on the "Fry" mode on both sides for 20 minutes. Pour in some water and set the "Extinguishing" mode for 2-2.5 hours. After the end of the program, take out the boiled pork, wrap it in foil and leave to cool. It turns out very tasty.
