Milk 1/2 tbsp.

Ground cardamom pinch
Salt pinch
Water** 1.5 tbsp.
Glass 250 ml.

An interesting recipe. I do something similar in a skillet: fry on the sink. butter vermicelli, then pour boiling water (just to cover the vermicelli), at the end add cottage cheese.
