Admin, since Fugasca doesn’t work, tried baking simple cornbread. And lo and behold !!! Out! Everything was laid strictly according to the recipe, with the exception of milk. It's over. Therefore, I diluted powdered milk in water. Here is a photo of what happened.

The last photo shows the results of the tasting ...

Well, the bread is delicious! Indeed, a bun resembles a no-nonsense type of egg and a lot of sugar. The taste of corn is not particularly noticeable, but it does not spoil the bread at all! Turmeric also does not give any taste load. But melted butter is very much felt ... Mmmmmmm ...

If you lay not diluted milk powder, but ordinary milk, is there a chance that the bread will not be baked? I read your materials that bread with milk is very difficult to bake and it is advisable to dilute it with water 1: 1. And here, according to the recipe, only milk, without water ...

Well, how can it not be baked if the heating of the x / stove is normal? The liquid evaporates anyway
Any combination of milk, milk-water, milk powder-water is good - to your own taste.
You need to try all the options yourself and choose the best

Started the process !!!!! It's a pity there is no turmeric, there will not be such a yellow color. I look forward to the result. I have a bread maker recently and every bread is akin to a miracle)))).

I baked my first corn one. In the recipe, as usual, intervened)))
Dry yeast - 1.5 h / l
Wheat flour - 300g
Corn flour - 100g
Salt - 1h / l
Sugar - 1.5 tbsp / l
Corn oil - 1.5 st / l
Turmeric - 0.5 h / l
Milk - 260ml.
Basic mode
Size "M"
Crust "Dark"

The gingerbread man was good, but it was kind of "tiny", small pieces came off ... (one, after all, went out behind the bucket and burned out))), but I didn't want to add liquid. Maybe more oil?

The result is like this:

I prepared a gorenje bm900w oven according to this recipe as part of the "sandwich" program
Great bread turned out, bright, sunny, with a thin crust! Delicious even without vanilla sugar
Since I baked it for the first time in this mode, I decided to play it safe and recalculated the recipe for a total amount of 400 g flour, and I was right!
The bread rose to the very top, if I had put more, it would have rested against the lid.
My recalculation (almost the same as in the post above, only I took butter):
premium wheat flour - 300 gr
corn flour - 100 gr
milk - 250 ml
salt 1 tsp
sugar 1.5 tbsp. l.
butter - 25 gr
yeast 1.5 tablespoons
turmeric 0.5 l.

I rounded up the milk in general to 250 ml, but the butter was butter, I didn't notice any special "crumbness"
