Cooking method

  • To cook jam: To do this, dissolve sugar in water, add vanilla. Cook all this until golden brown. Then add the diced apples and lemon juice. Cook over low heat until thickened. At the same time, the apples will become transparent in color and thick. Cool the ready jam. Then mix with soft butter.
  • Dough
  • Dissolve yeast in milk. Add the rest of the ingredients. Knead in a bread maker or food processor for 15-20 minutes, until the dough becomes elastic (you don't need to add all the flour at once. Add during kneading)
  • Divide the finished dough into 60g pieces. when cutting, cover the dough with a cloth so that the dough does not wind.
  • Tuck each piece into a ball and put on the paper with the seam down. Cover with foil and leave to proof for 1.5-2 hours.
