Meatballs a la Stuffed peppers in a multicooker Bork U700

Ingredients

For meatballs:
Mixed minced meat 1 kg.
Onion 2-3 pcs.
Round grain rice 0.5 multi-glass
Egg 1 PC.
Salt 1.5 tsp
Dry. greens (dill, parsley) 1 teaspoon flat
Pepper and other spices taste
For the sauce:
Onion 1 PC.
Carrot 1 PC.
Potato 3 average
Bell pepper (traffic light) 3 average
A tomato 1-2 pcs.
Tomato paste 2 tbsp. spoons
Rast. oil 2 tbsp. spoons
Fresh herbs (dill, parsley) half the beam
Garlic 3-4 teeth

Cooking method

  • Stuffed peppers are our favorite dish in our family. But! My husband picks out meatballs all the time, and gives the pepper to me. I, in turn, give half of my meatballs to him. In the end, the question has matured: - And who needs it? All this peeling and stuffing of pepper! If it's all the same "flies separately, and cutlets separately." An experiment was carried out. The result was greeted with a bang. And since then this dish has firmly settled in our menu.
  • So: we wash the rice and fill it with boiling water. Let him wait while we prepare the minced meat and vegetables. Finely chop the onion and add it to the minced meat. The same egg, salt, dry. herbs and spices (I added black pepper, 0.5 teaspoon of ground cumin and a pinch of ground coriander). The rice has already stood, drain the water from it, add to the minced meat and mix everything well.
  • Chop 1 onion, 1 carrot as you like and lightly fry them in 2 tbsp. spoons rast. butter on the "Oven" -3 for 5-6 minutes.
  • Meatballs a la Stuffed peppers in a multicooker Bork U700
  • Add tomato paste and fry for another 1 minute. Turn off the "oven".
  • We cut into large our "traffic light" pepper (red, yellow, green). With it, the dish turns out not only tasty, but also very colorful. In the absence of a "traffic light", I used an ordinary thin-walled green pepper, it took as many as 6 pieces. We send the pepper to the bowl. There - tomatoes in large cubes. Add 1.5 teaspoons of salt and pour boiling water just above the vegetables. We mix.
  • Meatballs a la Stuffed peppers in a multicooker Bork U700
  • We form medium-sized meatballs, lightly beating them against the palm so that the meat is compressed and carefully put into a bowl. Add boiling water so that the top row of meatballs is only half covered with water:

  • Place not coarsely chopped potatoes in the resulting free spaces. He will raise the water level a little more:

  • Close the lid and cook on "Multipovar" 100C for 45 minutes. During this time, cut the greens and mix them with crushed garlic.
  • Over time, add our greens to the bowl, close the lid and leave on "Warm Up" for literally 5 minutes so that the aromas mix.
  • Meatballs a la Stuffed peppers in a multicooker Bork U700
  • That's it, our lazy stuffed pepper is ready. Bon Appetit!

  • I don't know about you, but I love it with sour cream!

Of course try it, Tanyushkin. It turns out just aerobatics! And no fuss! I don't like peeling peppers so much, at least shoot. Nails hurt then, horror. But she endured until she got tired of this whistle dance with the ripping of ready-made pepper. So now this is the only way to cook. In the cartoon I did it for the first time, usually with cauldrons everything is prepared for me !!! Give me a cure for greed! Yes, more!

Oh, how on time. Now I got the minced meat. I thought about making meatballs tomorrow and thought to put rice in meatballs or cook it separately. My husband also rips off pepper from minced meat. And putting potatoes is an idea, I would never have thought of it.

That's right! I'll just deal with the boiled pork and go for the pennant. And then I am in shock while I am.

I tried to cook this dish. As for me - I would change the order of bookmarking products. That is, the meatballs would be the last. Or, after frying. They fell apart at me.
But, by and large, the dish is delicious. Next time, I will take into account today's miscalculations.

Strange, but on the contrary, I turned out so strong that I even thought not to add an egg next time. But, probably, it still depends on the meat. It happens that they turn out so tender, they are about to fall apart, but sometimes, like this time, they turn out strong balls.
Last but not least? What is it like? They are already the last to be laid. And potatoes just fill the voids.

And I cooked it today. Tasty ... I even put some supplements on myself. I really liked the idea with potatoes. The pepper was frozen. I didn't add the egg to the minced meat. In general, I never add an egg to minced meat, including in cutlets.

Well, thank God! I really thought that the man did not work out that way, since the meatballs fell apart. And here is a good copy! Thank you, Lyudochka, for your feedback! I am very glad that you liked it!

It meant, put meatballs after potatoes, or on top of it. But, in any case, next time I will pre-fry them. I had them with the egg. They fell apart anyway.

I also always fry it - otherwise it turns out porridge ...: oops: In general, a lot depends on meat - I once had a case - cutlets fell apart right in the pan, although I did everything as usual ... I then took a mixer with dough attachments and just beat the minced meat
kirch
And I didn't have such a thing that meatballs or cutlets fell apart. Even when I'm making meatball soup.
Elena Tim
Yes, girls, a lot depends on meat. I usually take fifty-fifty, any beef and pork neck or shoulder. The softness of the meatballs is also influenced by the size of the grill in the meat grinder - the larger the minced meat, the looser the finished product. But I regulate the softness of meatballs or meatballs with onions. A large amount of onion and its juice do not allow the pieces of meat in the minced meat to adhere properly to each other, and so they fall apart. Cutlets, in any case, this is how they behave. And I really love onion more in cutlets. And since I do not roll them in either flour or breadcrumbs, I save myself by adding semolina to the mince. In ready-made cutlets, it is not felt at all, but it keeps onion and meat juices remarkably well. And it gives more coupling.
And I cooked these meatballs in a multicooker for the first time and therefore did not risk putting a lot of onions, I did not know how they would behave. But, judging by how elastic they turned out, next time I will put not two onions, but three. I'll see what happens.

Lenochka - your meatballs have just been cooked, or rather mine, but your method is super tasty
Thanks again!
For 1.2 kg of minced meat I took not even half a glass of rice like yours, but a whole glass and 3 large onions, not 2, and fried the onion a bit, and then mixed it with the minced meat. And absolutely nothing fell apart. And it can fall apart even when a lot of rice is given.

Thank you, Yulechka, I am very pleased that you liked it. You're right about onions and rice. It's just that when I cooked these meatballs in the cartoon for the first time, I didn't want to take risks, I didn't know how they would behave.Next time, I will also take more meat and onions, and of rice, of course. And then gobbled up in one fell swoop. One unfortunate meatball remained, I do not know, a fight because of her with her husband, or give it away without a fight?

I make lazy cabbage rolls according to the principle of Lena's delicious recipe - they never fall apart. Whatever minced meat is. I do not add the egg, the rice is raw, the onion is not enough. And all the salt is that the ready-made minced meat needs to be knocked out (as if whipped).

Thank you, Olga! I also thought about lazy cabbage rolls here, I just adore them. But in the cartoon I have never done it. I'll have to try.

Lenchik, the recipe is somewhere on the forum, joke. I already do on autopilot by eye - and in the cartoon and the cook. And since I have natural laziness, I do it in reserve - some for now to eat, some - in the freezer, straight raw preparations.

Actually, I don’t need a recipe, Ol. But on the site, of course, I'm joking. Who can offer something interesting for a multicooker. So I either cook lazy cabbage rolls in a cauldron, or in a large wok.

Lena! Your meatballs are something extraordinary !!! I regretted that I didn't have 7 stomachs to eat the whole pot)))
The minced meat was from mutton, I did not add an egg, I slightly fried the meatballs, I forgot to pour the water))) Indescribable yummy !!! Now I will always cook like this, and the potatoes went here very sincerely!
In general, I love thee! It's just a dump of the head. I was so full when I sat down to write the report, and now I want to again from one memory!
Elena Tim
Lizun, thank you, dear, for such words! I also adore!
And since you want to eat again, come to my SMOKED THEME

Lena, hello again) as they say)) Made. CLASS the idea to cook separately minced meat and pepper is very important !!
And thank you very much for "Forming medium sized meatballs, lightly beating them against the palm, so that the meat is compressed and carefully put into a bowl. "Well, live, learn! You will die a fool. Everything, my meatballs, do not fall apart anymore, and there is no need to fry anything, etc. In general, thank you

Lena, namesake, here is a HUGE THANK YOU for such a recipe!
My husband was ready for lunch and dinner, and for breakfast to eat this "stuffed" pepper (though there was nothing left before breakfast ...). I honestly confess that I didn’t expect that pepper is delicious with potatoes ... It turned out to be VERY tasty!
Photo proof: (we don't look for glasses, for a hungry belly of our husband - too ...)

Oh, Lenus, I have some kind of holiday today! You are the third since this morning to cook and praise my recipes! Damn, I'm so glad, so glad !!!
It's awful, how nice that you liked this dish! It looks so appetizing in your plate that I also wanted to cook such a "pepper" again!
Lenus, thank you very much for the kind words !!! I have an incredible mood now!
And the photo report is cool! Both the glass and the belly were very appropriate!

I found frozen pepper scraps in the freezer, today I’ll cook your meatballs (only without rice), otherwise I didn’t know where to put them after defrosting (it was necessary to empty the box for ice cream). Thanks for the idea, although I love the pepper itself more, and that it was sweet and thick-walled

Irk, it's coarsely chopped, pepper, that's your pleasure!
At least I also love whole stuffed peppers, but I also like NOT to mess with it, and also, Schaub Timon did not pick out a meatball from the pepper, leaving the shell unattended. In short, I love it, Schaub is delicious ... and not to steam! So I came up with "A la ..."
