  • 3. Divide the dough into 2 pieces and roll each piece into a circle.
  • Chocolate Star Pie
  • I put a large lid on top of the dough circle and "circled" it with a wheel for cutting pasties (the first circle can be cut right on the baking sheet so as not to shift).

  • 4. Smear the first circle with Nutella. To make the chocolate better spread, you can first put the jar in warm water (about 40 ° C). Cover with the second circle on top.

  • 5. Place a cup or jar in the center of the composition and cut the circle into 12 sectors, ignoring the center covered with the cup. A ceramic knife works well for slicing.

  • 6. Now we twist each resulting sector according to the corkscrew principle (2-3 turns).

Sash, and if manually kneading - how much
to proof the dough? Or do it right away?

Elena, I wonder about the "principle of Grandma's napkin"! I googled right away and it seemed to me that it is more time consuming
AlenaT
Sasha, asked the question above, you probably
overlooked ...)))

Helen, if yeast is added immediately to the flour, then an hour after kneading. And if the yeast is in liquid, then first 10-15 minutes of proofing, and after kneading - another hour.
AlenaT
Thank you very much!)))

Very nice cake!
Alexandra, what is the diameter of your baking dish?
Nina, Thank you! For baking, a special form is not needed, you can just on a baking sheet. And here is the cover that I used when cutting out a circle with a diameter of 27 cm
NNV23
Thank you for quick answer!
Cartoon
I took your dough recipe as a basis, I remembered that I saw a Christmas tree made in a similar way somewhere on the Internet. The principle is the same, just cut the shape of a Christmas tree from the dough. True, the dough did not rise very much, not as I imagined, but still beautiful. There is no Nutella, it has sugar and cinnamon in the layer. The molding itself was interesting (well, I also take part in the Christmas tree competition in some places and made this one)
Thanks for the recipe and inspiration! Happy New Year!

Pulisyan, And here is my cake according to your recipe But it also turned out to be small ...: girl-th: Why I don’t know ...: girl-q: What didn’t stop me from being eaten in 10 minutes ... Chocolate Star Pie
Pulisyan
Svetochka, cute sunny patty! Thanks for the photo. I had a circle with a diameter of 27 cm. Perhaps your diameter is smaller, so the cake is smaller ... But of course, this does not affect the taste !!!
Fantic
Sasha, The pie was eaten ... it was so delicious ....: girl_pardon: I rolled it out by eye ... I'm a beginner in this business ... In some places, crooked rays turned out ... I measured the circle with a plate ... I was afraid to break ... I was not sure ....: oops: And you are just great ..... Thank you !!!
Lucia-K
Remarkable molding! Simple and beautiful!
Pulisyan
Lucia-K, thanks, I hope you dare to cook too! Simple and effective!
lenok2_zp
I wonder what can replace Nutella?
Pulisyan
lenok2_zpI think you could make a thick chocolate frosting or a thick chocolate custard. It will be delicious with boiled condensed milk and jam - according to your taste
lenok2_zp
Thank you, there is boiled condensed milk and ready-made poppy filling
Pulisyan
I wish you good luck with your cooking !!!
Olga from Voronezh

lettohka ttt

Pulisyan

lettohka ttt, I hope you will be pleased with the pie too !!!
Galina Byko
Who ever cooked this pie on a homemade nutella?
Pulisyan
Galina Byko, I personally have not tried it. I think that homemade nutella should be quite thick and viscous so as not to leak. And so it should turn out. They make buns with chocolate filling ...
Galina Byko
Thank you!
Mom Tanya
Alexandra, thanks for the recipe !!! Delicious!!! Handsomely! Not difficult!!! Night, and I eat !!!
