Ingredients

Celery root 250-300g
Potatoes 100-120g
Bulb onions 1 PC
Carrots (optional) 1 / 4-1 / 2 pcs
Cheese 80-100g
Chicken breast 300g
Salt, herbs taste

Cooking method

  • Cooking broth from the breast. Take out the breast and put it away to cool. Celery root, potatoes, onions, carrots - peel, rinse, cut into cubes (cubes) and put in ready-made broth (preferably 800-1000g). Salt to taste. Cook for 40-45 minutes. Remove from heat, puree in a saucepan (I have a submersible blender, but you can also use a crush). Rub the cheese. Cut the chicken fillet into small pieces. Put the pan on the fire, add cheese and chicken pieces. Add greens if desired. After boiling, mix well and turn off immediately.

Note

Unexpectedly delicious! I took cheese with a reduced fat content of 29% (instead of 45%) and did not use butter. Therefore, the calorie content is low.
