Ingredients

chicken pieces 500 gr.
Orange juice from one orange
lemon juice 2 tbsp. l.
grated ginger 1 cm
garlic 4 cloves
cilantro (I have dill) bundle
chili flakes 1 tsp
cumin (not added) 1 tsp
for rice:
rice 2 multi-glasses
chopped cilantro (I have dill) bundle
lemon juice 2 tbsp. l.
spicy beans:
red beans cons. 1 can
olive oil 2 tbsp. l.
onion 1/2 head
garlic 2 cloves
paprika 1 tsp
salt taste
pepper taste

Cooking method

  • 1. Marinate the chicken:

  • cut cilantro (dill), garlic

  • Squeeze the juice of orange, lemon, ginger (I have it in the form of a seasoning), add garlic, dill, spread the chicken, salt (instead of salt, you can add 2 tablespoons of soy sauce), pepper

  • 2. Turn on the heating and forget about the chicken for at least 30 minutes.
  • 3. While the chicken is marinated, cook the beans.

  • 4. Pour olive oil into a saucepan, put onions, with garlic, fry until golden brown

  • 5. Add beans, salt, pepper and simmer for a few minutes

  • 6. Cooking the chicken: turn on the Baking program. Time: 20 minutes. After 10 minutes of baking, check the chicken if the juice boils away the chicken may burn and turn over the pieces
  • 7. Cooking rice according to the instructions, when the rice is cooked add lemon juice and cilantro (dill). I cooked rice after chicken, because I have one saucepan.
