Cottage cheese cake with apples and caramel sauce

Ingredients

FOR CUPCAKE:
butter 190 g
eggs 4 things
sugar 320 g
cottage cheese (preferably homemade) 250 g
wheat flour 250 g
soda 0.5 tsp
lemon acid 0.5 tsp
vanillin 1 g
apples (small) 2 pcs
FOR SAUCE:
sugar 200 g
butter 20 g
milk 150 ml

Cooking method

  • Cake:
  • 1. Beat eggs with sugar, add softened butter and cottage cheese. Pour in flour mixed with citric acid and vanilla soda. Knead the dough.
  • 2. Grease the cake pan with butter and breadcrumbs. Spread out half of the dough. Top - peeled and chopped apples (leave a little for the top of the cake). Put the second half of the dough, on top - the rest of the apples.
  • 3. Bake in a preheated oven at 170 * C for about 50 minutes.
  • Sauce:
  • 1. Put a piece of butter in a well-heated frying pan and melt it (low heat). Add sugar, stir. Fry the sugar until it starts to melt - caramelize.
  • 2. Pour hot milk in a thin stream and mix quickly.
  • The sauce comes out liquid, does not freeze like toffee. For those who like thicker, more sugar can be added.
