Gingerbread cookie (no eggs)

Ingredients

Wheat flour (I have 1c) 350 g
Powdered sugar 100 g
Chilled butter 100 g
Liquid honey 60 g
Sour cream 50 g
Soda 1 \ 2h. l.
Vanillin 1 \ 2h. l.
Ground ginger 1 \ 2h. l.
Fresh ginger, grated 5 g
For lubrication:
Strongly brewed tea 50 g
For sprinkling:
Sugar

Cooking method

  • Mix butter, sugar, flour into small crumbs.
  • Mix soda with sour cream.
  • Add all the ingredients to the crumb and mix into coarse crumb. Put the dough into a ball with your hands, put in a bag and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  • Then divide the dough into 2 parts. Roll each into a layer, 5 mm thick. Cut out the figures with a mold. Place on a baking sheet covered with paper. Brush with tea, sprinkle with sugar. Use a wooden stick to make holes for the strings. It should be borne in mind that when baking, the holes will float a little, so you need to widen them enough.
  • Bake in an oven preheated to 200C for 10-15 minutes until browning. The exact time depends on your oven.
  • After cooling down, hang the ropes and decorate the tree. Or serve as a dessert with Gingerbread cookie (no eggs)
  • Delicious, aromatic, crumbly biscuits.
