Ingredients

Chicken (or cut) up to 1.5 kg
Marinade:
olive oil ½ cup
dry white wine (or juice of 1 lemon) ⅓ glasses
lime 1 PC.
basil leaves 1 glass
garlic 1 clove

pepper taste

Cooking method

The trouble is that it was not possible to photograph the result, the husband came with the guests, everyone was terribly hungry, and the aromas and smells in the house were such that it was no longer decent to take a picture.
The fill color turned out to be soft pink, I was very pleased with this, as I was afraid that everything would be blue.
The marinade is so delicate, but very tasty, although I have it all stacked to the bottom of the brazier, and on top there was an ordinary crust, not as glazed as yours, Arochka, and all this magically smelling yummy glass and burnt on the bottom (((maybe I there was more lemon-lime juice than butter and the sauce was too light because of it, but I try to "save" on fat to reduce calories.

In general, I think that there will be a very popular recipe for me, I liked it.
Most likely, it will go even better with fish, since everyone eats chicken with different sauces, and this delicate citrus aroma is lost. But the fish will be cool! I will definitely try one of these days.
