Chicken rolls with mushrooms and cheese

Chicken fillet
Mushrooms
Hard cheese
Salt pepper
Flour
Vegetable oil
Onion

Cooking method

  • Cut the chicken fillet lengthwise, beat off (I beat it through the cling film), salt and pepper. Chop mushrooms and fry with onions in vegetable oil, grate hard cheese. When the mushrooms have cooled, mix them with the cheese. Put the filling on the fillet and roll it up, wrap it with thread or chop it off with a toothpick. Dip in flour and fry in vegetable oil on both sides.
