Ingredients

Beef meat 300-400g
Buckwheat 2 m / glass
large carrots 1 PC
large onion 1 PC
vegetable oil 100g
butter 100g
salt

Cooking method

  • fry vegetables for about ten minutes with the lid open, then turn off the Fry mode and switch to the Stew mode. Season the meat with vegetables, add the remaining oil. Simmer for 1 hour. In an hour, the picture should be something like this

  • Put the washed buckwheat on top and pour 4 m / glasses of water. Close the lid, install the buckwheat program. After forty minutes, the porridge with meat is ready.
