Savoy cabbage rolls

Ingredients

minced pork / beef 1 kg
onion 2 pcs
carrot 2 pcs
rice 200 g
salt pepper taste
savoy cabbage 1 PC.
vegetable oil
medium tomatoes 2-3 pcs,
parsley dill

Cooking method

  • Mix the minced meat, rice, carrots (1 pc), onion, salt, pepper.
  • We blanch the cabbage leaves: put them in boiling water for 2 minutes, and then in cold water!
  • And wrap minced meat in them! We make frying from onions and carrots + tomatoes, salt, pepper, tomatoes, in the frying-vegetables mode.
  • After that, I also added tomato paste, parsley and some water!
  • Next, put the stuffed cabbage in a bowl and fill it with frying sauce, and fill it with water, so that it covers all the cabbage rolls, the stewing mode is 1 hour.
  • Prepare + fry about 30 min.
