Ingredients

wheat flour 1.5 tbsp
butter 90 g
sour cream 100 g
sugar 3 tbsp. l
baking powder 1, 5 tsp
salt 0.5 tsp
FILLING:
currant berries (red and black) 800 g
flour 3 tbsp. l
sugar 1 tbsp.
lemon juice (not used) 2 tbsp. l
lemon zest 1 tbsp. l

Cooking method

  • Now is the time to use frozen berries and fruits in baking. Cobbler is a great summer meal, but frozen berries are just as good!
  • It is so easy to prepare that even a child can handle it completely.
  • First, prepare the dough.
  • Mix flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Add the diced butter and grind it with the flour mixture until crumbly.
  • Add sour cream and mix quickly. If you knead for a long time, the dough will be tough.
  • Cooking the filling. To do this, mix all the ingredients in a bowl and stir. It is not necessary to defrost the berries.
  • We heat the oven to 190 * C. We distribute the berries into ceramic molds. Put the dough on top of the berries and level it with your hands.
  • Put in the oven for 25-30 minutes

  • The filling should boil and the dough should turn golden. Take the finished cobbler out of the oven and cool for at least 1 hour.
