Pink salmon under a fur coat in a multicooker Bork u700

Ingredients

pink salmon fillet 800 g
carrot 1 PC.
onion 1 PC.
mayonnaise 2 tbsp. l.
salt, pepper, basil, lemon taste

Cooking method

  • Cut the pink salmon fillet into portions, season with salt, pepper, sprinkle with lemon juice and let it brew a little. Since pink salmon is a dryish fish, for greater juiciness, it is better to separately fry from onions and carrots, fry in a slow cooker or in a pan, as you like. Then pour 2 cartoon into the multicooker bowl. glasses of water, put the grate (grease it with vegetable oil), spread the fish, on top of our fry, and grease everything with mayonnaise, and sprinkle with your favorite seasonings. We expose the FISH program, in 30 minutes, the juicy aromatic fish is ready.

Note

I often make this dish for a festive table, I make salmon lightly salted, and so as not to repeat pink salmon on a hot one. It is very convenient that it can be done in the morning, when there is more free time, it will only taste better and soak. And before serving, warm it up a little, you can also cold, it's also delicious!

Such a "delicious" recipe. But there is no fish program in my cartoon. Which one can be replaced?

Lenochka, I won't even tell you, I have this first slow cooker, I never had another. I used to do it in a regular gas oven, at 200 * 30min, maybe this will somehow help.

Tanyuhaaaa! What a beauty! When I saw it for the first time, I wanted to suggest you that you put it out in a separate recipe, and you guessed it yourself. Well done!!! I'm really proud of you. Listen, there's juice under the fish down there, right? I mean, I mean it is stewed, not fried? And yet, how did the pink salmon behave, not being dry during such a cooking time? I usually take salmon or trout, they can withstand this time without losing their juiciness. But I didn't cook pink salmon, so I'm interested. Give it a shot! Lord, I just noticed - she's on the bars. Here is chuchundra! Listen, and if you do it without a lattice, what do you think will happen? Will it just stew? No, then it is better not to add water. In short, I’m talking to myself, don’t you understand?

Thank you Lenul, don't take it with you, I took the recipe from our "thick book" for bork, did everything exactly as it says there, water, grate, etc., only instead of salmon - pink salmon, and on top of a carrot and onion. For some reason, at first I thought that it would be like from a double boiler, but the program worked in a completely different way, there was no such pressure chtoli, somehow more quieter. After the signal, she began to get the fish, but it stuck, so the grate must be greased all the same. I thought more and I will not try this method, but surprisingly the fish turned out to be as juicy (as much as possible for pink salmon), mine hawked in one sitting, although it is very difficult to feed them with fish. Be sure to try flax, I liked it more than in a regular oven, although it's delicious there too

tatita, Tatyana! Did your slave more than once, though in the oven. The fish is just awful, everyone, without exception, likes it.
So the recipe stuck, take a photo report in the heat of the heat.
