Ribs in honey-citrus marinade

Ingredients

Rack of pork ribs 1 kg
Orange 1 PC.
Lemon 1 PC.
Garlic 3 tooth.
Granular mustard 1 tbsp. l
Smoked paprika (ground) 1 tsp
Honey 0.5 tbsp. l
Rust oil 1 tbsp. l.
Ground black pepper
Dill (fresh or dried)

Cooking method

  • Cut ribs into portions.
  • For the marinade:
  • Remove the zest from the lemon and orange, squeeze the juice from half an orange and half a lemon. Pass the garlic through a press. We mix all this with the rest of the ingredients. Place ribs in this mixture, mix well and leave to marinate in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours.
  • After that we put them in 2 layers of foil, pour the marinade there, wrap it, place it in a mold and put it in the oven on low heat (180 C) for 1.5 hours.
