Pilaf in the Steba pressure cooker

Ingredients

Meat 500g
Round grain rice 2 m. St.
Carrot 2 pcs
Bow 2pcs
Seasoning for pilaf (buy in the market)
Salt to taste
Hot water (boiling water) 2 m. St.

Cooking method

  • Cut carrots into cubes, onions in half rings or quarter rings, meat in medium pieces.
  • We select the Roasting mode, 15 minutes, wait for the beep, pour the vegetable oil and put the onions, carrots in the bowl, fry for 5 minutes. Then add the meat to the bowl and continue to fry for 5-7 minutes. Disable the program forcibly.
  • Add well-washed rice to the bowl, add spices, salt to the boiling water and carefully pour over a spatula or through a slotted spoon into the bowl.
  • We select the Porridge mode, pressure 0.7, time 15 minutes. I did not relieve the pressure forcibly, I waited until Stebik would open himself.

Note

The eaters were satisfied, and this is the most important thing
Bon Appetit

Water - boiling water 2 cups - means 0.5 liters? I love pilaf, it's so simple, you have to try it.

Many thanks to Tanyula! I became interested in cartoons when I accidentally stumbled upon her demonstration of the park of her pressure cookers on YouTube, after which I had already purposefully watched several of her videos with the process of preparing various dishes. And also Pts wanted to have something like that:. Before that, it was funny to look at these electric pans. Now I cook only in Shtebochka and enjoy the food. Today, for the umpteenth time, I cooked pilaf, or rather, I even cooked it twice today: I put the morning one in tuesques and sent my husband to my daughters (it was not enough for my son), and in the evening I cooked it for myself. Pilaf is sooo tasty from Shtebochka !!! Tanya, THANKS! The photo is so-so, from the phone, but I do not know how to insert, alas.

Even my ava in a New Year's hat flew away somewhere when I tried to lift it, so I apologize to Masha for the unintentional violation.
Tanyulya
Anna, thanks for your feedback. I cook pilaf several times a week, his son really kills him: nyam: and lately I've only cooked in a bowl, I got used to it, that it turns out rice to rice.

Tanyulya,
Tanya, my question is - if you take all the proportions by 1.5 mst, then cook 15 minutes anyway?

Tanyulya,
Tanya, my question is - if you take all the proportions by 1.5 mst, then cook 15 minutes anyway?
Flax, now cooked for 3 tbsp., Cooked for 9 minutes.
The son ate, delicious. So put it on 1.5 sts 8-9 minutes, I somehow cut it all the time and cook for 7 minutes.
But with preliminary frying of onions, carrots and meat, then I add rice, pour water and .... truncated.

Tanyulya,
It's too late, I've been cooking for 15 minutes, I'm waiting for the pressure to go down)))
Do you cook for 7-9 minutes at low pressure?

High. Bleed the pressure forcibly, I personally like rice more. Although try this and that. I cook pilaf every week, and I’m ready to eat it every day.
Yesterday I cooked vegetables, now I will eat alone ... mine to eat did not eat
Antonovka
That's it, no more pilaf - we ate it in one go, really liked it !!! Today I was with turkey, and tomorrow I will try with pork, just fry a little longer (without vegetables).
Thank you very much for the recipe!
There is a photo, but I do not know how to post it from the Aypad, the photo is in my mail

Thanks for the recipe!
They cooked for the first time on Shtebochka: wonderful pilaf came out!
The main thing is to follow the advice of experienced Stebians, read the instructions carefully and take your time at the initial stage.
If I have time to take a picture, I'll post a photo tomorrow. But something tells me that my beloved can have such a cool pilaf and breakfast ...

Tanya, and if you try it out of long rice - what to change? I cook in Shteba, the bowl is only stainless steel.
Tanyulya
I would just reduce the time to 7 minutes.
| Alexandra |
Thanks, I'll try. In MV, pilaf was always obtained, but in Shteba I had not yet learned it until it was right. And I asked about rice - just a long supply was formed, you need to use it.

Well, long, not steamed, as I understand it? Like Jasmine?
It turns out softer than round grain. I also use water 1/1, the time is 7 minutes.

No, I cook everything in a coated bowl, well, I like it
Thank you very much and bon appetit. And I just came home from work, now I will close up the caps and with minced meat today I will do it.

Tan, and if I have the Rice mode for 8 minutes?
I think it will work ...
Just Kasha - for 20 min.
Too much for a pressure cooker ...
But first fry everything, right?

First, fry everything and put it on for 8 minutes. I think it will turn out great on Rice. 8 minutes is the same set time, so somewhere around 22-24 minutes will it be real?
What model?
AlenaT
I’m not Shteba, but old La Cucina.
But it works like a beast ...)))
Boom to try!
I want to compare the taste with the usual slab pilaf.
Tanyulya
I realized that it was not Shtebik
Good luck! Let the pilaf enjoy it.

Pilaf will certainly work out. Steel is not very friendly with baked goods, but everything else is good.
auntyirisha
Tanyulya, to do exactly as per your recipe, only in steel?
Tanyulya
Yes, of course, the girls cook in steel and everyone is happy, when you fry, stir so that it doesn’t stick too much, and then usually cook on Kasha.
Good luck and let everything turn out tastefully

Irin, did you take the opportunity to change the scratched bowl for a new one? I changed in 2 weeks. The official website of Shteba has detailed instructions on how to do this without unnecessary gestures. Tanyusha, forgive me for interrupting off topic

Laris, are you all on the topic. Thank you. I love my coated bowl sooo.
Larssevsk
And now I have two. One is old with scratches, and the other is new - intact. The staff does not take back defective bowls
auntyirisha
Larssevsk, I received it a long time ago, most likely it is too late to change, I did not worry too much, because the gift, and I bought the Shteba because of the steel bowl.
auntyirisha
Launched, I'm waiting.
Larssevsk
Irina, and all the girls. This action is not guaranteed by the seller, but the goodwill of the representatives of Steba. I bought mine in August 2013. The bowl was also a gift. I sent a photo of a bowl with scratches and a scan of a receipt from Ozone, they wrote to me when and where I can get a new bowl without scratches. That's all. I will not write more about the bowls here, so as not to litter the topic of the wonderful Tanyulin swimmer. Irish, if you have any questions, write in a personal
