ricotta cheese or any soft 200 g
feta cheese or feta cheese 100 g
eggs 2 pcs
spinach 300 g
dill, parsley, green onion ~ 3/4 cup
lemon zest 1 / 2-1 pcs
salt
pepper

Cooking method

  • Peel the potatoes. Cut large potatoes lengthwise 3-4 mm thick. Medium in circles. In a frying pan, fry the potatoes on both sides until semi-cooked and golden brown. Place on a paper towel and dry.

  • Rinse the spinach, remove the coarse stems, scald with boiling water, place on a sieve, let the water drain, and then squeeze out the excess water. In a bowl, beat eggs and cheese. Add greens, feta cheese, lemon zest. Chop the spinach finely and add to the mixture. Season with salt and pepper.

  • Preheat oven to 185 degrees. Lightly grease the springform pan (20 cm). Line it with potatoes: long potato pieces on the sides, round on the bottom.

  • Pour the egg-cheese mixture and place in the oven. Bake for about 40 minutes until tender.
  • Gently run a knife between the edge of the mold and the potatoes. Loosen the spring completely and carefully remove the cake. Serve warm.
