Well, finally, yoghurt and chocolate together !! Don't you need sugar at all? And then I doubt something in my sour cream, some sourish ... And my chocolate is real, bitter
Chef
Gasha, thanks for the clarity! And if instead of chocolate you take cocoa + sugar (or stevia) - will the taste be very different?
Gasha
Ksyusha, we must try! We tried and reported 1 tbsp. l. a spoonful of sugar at the insistence of my granddaughter, although my daughter and I were just right!
Chef, I have not tried it, but I think that chocolate can be replaced with cocoa + sugar; unfortunately, I could not make friends with stevia, but then everyone decides for himself

And I made yoghurt ice cream with cocoa and stevia, we really like it, very similar to ice cream from a picberry cafe.

I took it to the bookmarks, I will try. The yoghurt is just "lying around" ..
Chef
Thank you, Gasha, we made it

Instead of a bar of chocolate, two more tablespoons of cocoa were added (here of this) and 3 teaspoons of stevia (here this firm, but unpackaged in a tuba).
What can I say. Stevia turned out to be too much for such a volume, there was a smack. But, watching children eat ice cream, one might not have guessed about it

Next time we will try on sugar and increase the proportions (here it was less than half a bucket)

I am not sleeping??? First time in my memory ...

Beautiful ice cream! And sprinkled with what?

Beautiful ice cream! And sprinkled with what?
Thank you! The youngest sprinkled it with some kind of incomprehensible dressing (sold in a tube so that you can drink milk through this tube, as it were tastier for children, pampering in general).

This is our second ice cream in the Brand 3812 ice cream maker. Yesterday the first pancake turned out to be lumpy - they made a banana-lemon, so most likely because of the extra half of a banana, the mixer refused to rotate it, and it turned out in the middle of a thick cocktail, and ice along the walls of the cylinder. did not rotate - they found out only later, since they did not follow the process. But now we know that if the mixer can turn, it should start right away, and not after some time, like some bread makers

And your, chocolate-yogurt, was turned off 20 minutes before the end of the standard period (which is 1 hour), since it already showed -10o... The balls were perfectly formed even with a not moistened spatula, the consistency was just "eating"
Gasha
I also want to try banana. Yesterday I wanted to try persimmon, but it suddenly ended!

And sprinkled with what?

Homeopathic balls "from greed", so that everything would not be crushed at once ... I personally add them to all dishes!
Gasha
Man, and how? Does it help? Maybe better
SchuMakher
To catch it, you still need to catch it, but here the bottom itself falls
Alexandra
Chef,

You don't need so much stevia, 2/3 tsp per 500 g maximum
Chef
Alexandra, Thank you. Yes, I remember that aftertaste, with stevia you need to be careful
