Chicken liver in sour cream with onions and pickles in a Steba pressure cooker

Ingredients

Chicken liver 1 kg
Onion 2 pcs
Pickled or canned cucumbers 2-3 pcs
Sour cream (mayonnaise can be added) 4-5 st. l.
Salt pepper to taste

Cooking method

  • Chop the onion in half rings, the cucumbers are not large in thin strips.
  • We turn on the pressure cooker for Roasting, 25-30 minutes.
  • After the sound signal, pour oil into the bowl, let it warm up a little and put onions and cucumbers in the bowl, fry for 2-3 minutes, send the liver to the cucumbers and onions and fry until the liver color changes, this is about 10 minutes. Add sour cream, salt, pepper.
  • Close the lid and leave to cook until the end of the program.
  • After the end of the program, I put another 8-10 minutes on Heating.

Note

My liver liked it, soft tender.
It smelled delicious.

I always add cucumbers to the liver. Once I read a long time ago that they did the liver in a Stroganoff way. But it turns out in Stroganoff way there are many recipes.
My love for such a liver and meat according to this recipe, the same turns out well.
