Ingredients

Chicken breasts 1-1.5kg
Rice 1 glass
turnip onion large 2 pcs
garlic 4 teeth
eggs 2 pcs
flour 2-3 st. tablespoons of flour

sauce
mustard ready 2 tsp
sour cream 2 tbsp. spoons
soy sauce 2st. spoons
boiled water 4 tbsp. spoons
hard cheese 100-150g
greens
vegetable oil for frying

Cooking method

  • My changes: I had minced pork, and I significantly reduced the amount of rice. In fact, for my small family, pilaf from a glass of rice is enough for 3-4 suppers, but I didn't make pilaf and just added rice to meatballs)) I can't say how much rice I put, so, by eye, how much I usually put in meatballs.
  • Boil rice until tender, do not rinse, cool.
  • Finely chop the onion and garlic and fry in vegetable oil until transparent, bring to a creamy state with a blender. Then mix the minced meat, garlic and onion paste, rice, eggs, flour, salt, pepper. Form meatballs with wet hands and fry them in vegetable oil, fold into a heat-resistant form.
  • To prepare the sauce, it is enough to mix all the ingredients, except for the cheese, and pour the meatballs with the resulting sauce. Grate cheese and sprinkle with meatballs. Bake in the oven at 180 gr. 15-20 minutes. I'll make a reservation right away, there is not enough sauce, you can safely increase the amount of sour cream and water.
  • Very good meatballs are obtained)).
  • There was no greenery, there were no decorations.
