Easter cake in a multicooker Polaris

Ingredients

milk 200ml
pressed yeast 25 gram
eggs 2 pcs
sugar 150 grams
butter 50-70 grams
sunflower oil. 1 tbsp. the spoon
vodka 1 tsp
flour in / grade about 450-500gr.
raisins, vanillin taste

Cooking method

  • Prepare a dough from warmed milk, yeast, sugar and a small amount of flour (let it come up warm for 15-20 minutes). Wash the raisins, dry them and sprinkle with a little flour. Knead the dough from all the ingredients, gradually introduce the sifted flour, - you should get soft, smooth, not sticky to your hands (less or more flour can go) - add raisins last. Put in a deep bowl, let rise for about an hour (until doubled). Grease the bowl well with oil and lay out the dough (should take about 1/3 of the mold). Allow to rise again and bake in a BAKED BAKERY 1 hour, then turn over and another 30 minutes. After the signal, cool the cake on the wire rack.

I'll try to bake for Easter. Can you use dry yeast?
Nicaletta

And what is the model of the multicooker? Baked at 0508d, not baked in an hour and a half.
