Ingredients

kefir 1 glass
sugar 1 glass
honey 2 tbsp. l
soda 1 tsp
flour 2 glasses
dried fruits, nuts
rast. oil 1/2 cup

Cooking method

  • melt 2 tbsp. l honey (I do it in a microwave), there yogurt, sugar, stir. 1 tsp baking soda, extinguish with vinegar, pour in rast. odorless oil. Add flour, stir well. Any dried fruit or fresh fruit to taste. I just didn’t add dried apricots, raisins, apricots, fresh quince slices, nuts, in general, anything.
  • greased the mold, poured the dough. Baked 1 cycle, and then 10 minutes on heating.

great cake. I was given a recipe for it as lean, instead of kefir - water. I haven't tried it, they say it's delicious. You can add whey and sour cream, whatever your heart desires. Tall, aromatic, very tasty.

Thank you! The pie is delicious. I baked it several times, it turns out great. Multicooker Polaris 0518, baking for 1 hour.
