Yogurt with fruit jelly

Ingredients

Gelatin 1 tbsp. l
Fruit juice (compote, puree) 200 ml
Milk 1 liter
Yoghurt sourdough 1 sachet

Cooking method

  • Prepare jelly yourself (1 tbsp. L. Gelatin soak when it swells well, bring to a boil, but do not boil, mix with 200 ml of juice or fruit puree, or compote) or \ "from a bag \", pour into jars, filling them 1/4 or as you like, put the jars in the refrigerator until they solidify. When the jelly hardens firmly, fill the remaining volume of the jar with milk with yoghurt starter and put in the yogurt maker for 6 - 8 hours.
  • After the yogurt itself is ready, the cups should be put in the refrigerator, since the jelly itself will soften a little during the ripening of the yogurt, and in the refrigerator it will "grab" and it will be what the doctor ordered: doctor:: softly and sour from above, elastic below and sweet

Masha and what kind of yoghurt starter?
For a long time I have been making yogurt in a multicooker according to the recipe milk + natural store yogurt (Agusha) for 50 minutes on heating and for 6-8 hours .. Tasty. But recently there was a dispute with skeptical acquaintances about the naturalness of the resulting yogurt. They say it's better to take Bulgarian yoghurt stick, milk and 2-3 days in a jar at room temperature and ready. No multicooker needed. Maybe they are right, but where to get this wand.

Tata You can buy any kind of starter culture in almost any pharmacy or through the tyrnet. I order on the internet. And on one sachet (bottle) it turns out 3 - 4 bends of yogurt.

Today I ate it with great pleasure. I usually eat yogurt with jam, but with jelly it is also very tasty, new taste sensations. And it looks so beautiful !!! I used jelly from a bag, raspberry. The first day I made jelly, and the next day I made it in a yogurt maker.

How great! First, I ate half of the top layer of yogurt, and then went yogurt with jelly, took two layers with a spoon, mmm delicious !!!
