Cooking method

  • She usually cooked such stuffed cabbage in the oven. I had to fry, boil the components in pans / pots.
  • I decided to try to make this dish using only pressure cookerat all stages of preparation. It turned out great! Didn't have to wash a lot of dishes.
  • The cabbage rolls turned out to be very tasty, they did not lose their attractiveness after stewing. I liked the sauce so much that they soaked it all with bread, without a trace.
  • I recommend trying it!

I prepared it today. I prefer recipes where the preparation time is minimal. So I threw the cabbage and onions straight into the minced meat raw (chopped it in the combine), and the rice from the children's porridge remained (I used some for milk porridge, some for stuffed cabbage). So I just fried them on both sides and in St. Om-Nom-nom.
Shelena
Lesska, I am very pleased that you liked the result !!!
Almost any recipe can be adapted to suit your tastes and preferences. Be creative and get up!

I'm a little off topic ... I fried the fish and poured the sauce that you offer on the stuffed cabbage, stewed it a little and it turned out to be such a tasty ... .
And I also want to add that instead of water I take milk and the rest according to the recipe.

It's nice to meet so many like-minded "lazy people" here at once. Be lazy! The result of this laziness will delight the household.
Lily, I often use this sauce (only without the bouillon cube) in my dishes: for chicken fillet, liver, fried minced meat. We really like it!
Thank you for your creative approach - now I will know that fish can be ennobled with such an unpretentious sauce.
