Ingredients

Wheat flour 700 gr.
Butter 25 gr.
dry yeast) 2h l.
water 450 ml.
honey 1 tbsp. l.
salt 2 tsp
sugar 0.5 tsp
vegetable oil for lubrication

Cooking method

  • We make a dough: pour the yeast into a plate, put honey and pour in 100 ml of warm water, mix well and let stand for 10-15 minutes.
  • Sift flour into a large bowl, add salt, sugar and butter, cut into pieces. Rub butter with flour and salt with our hands.
  • In flour, ground with butter, make a depression in the center, pour the dough into it. Gently mix the dough with flour with a spoon, gradually add the remaining water and completely mix the flour with the liquid. Pour flour on the table and knead the dough well (3-4 tablespoons may take more flour), which should be dense, but elastic, perfectly lagging behind the hands, cover it with a towel and leave it to rise for 1.5 hours in a warm place.

  • The dough should double in size. Knead our fluffy dough and roll into a ball. Lubricate the multicooker bowl with vegetable oil. We put the dough there. We put the multi-cook mode 30 gr. 30-40 minutes Then we switch to baking mode 1.10. After that, we turn our bread over and set it for another 40-50 minutes (depending on your multicooker).

Note

The recipe from the site of the cook. ru for the oven. I changed for a slow cooker. When you turn the bread over, make sure it's done. I cooked 2 times - it took a different amount of time.

What a beautiful bread turned out! And so tall!
I want to try to do this, but I'm afraid it will suddenly fail. I have never tried to make bread myself.

You probably won't believe me, but before the multicooker, I never baked anything from yeast dough. And when I bought it, I really wanted to try it out. Of course, the first experience was not entirely successful, but then, taking into account the mistakes, everything worked out. So go ahead and you will succeed !!!!

This is how the bread turned out. It's a pity, only photos from a mobile phone are available. In real life it looks much prettier. Good bread. When baking, it was raised to the very top of the bowl, when turned over, of course, it dropped slightly.

Varka, he turned out handsome !!!! How do you like it?

I liked it very much! Honey feels a little exotic, but this is its zest!

The bun had to be cut right hot (I collected my husband on the road at night), but now it is straightened, porous.
So thanks a lot for the recipe!

lisa567
Hello. I think you can, but I haven't tried it. French is baked with milk, and this one looks like it.
