Pizza in a multicooker Redmond RMC - M90

Ingredients

Bacon or boiled smoked sausage 150g
A tomato 1 PC.
Parmesan cheese 150g
Ketchup 3 tbsp. l.
Pickles 2 pcs
Parsley 3 twigs
Dough:
Warm water 160 ml.
Sunflower oil 5 tbsp. l.
Salt 0.5 tbsp. l.
Sugar 2 tsp
Dry yeast 0.5 tsp
Flour 300g

Cooking method

  • Dissolve yeast, sugar, salt, and oil in warm water.
  • Add flour and knead the dough.
  • Let the dough rise warm for 25 minutes.
  • Divide the dough into 3 parts (three pizzas).
  • Roll out one part in a very thin layer in the shape of a multicooker bowl.
  • Cut the tomatoes and cucumbers into thin slices, and the bacon or sausage into strips.
  • Grate cheese on a fine grater.
  • Put the dough in a multicooker bowl greased with vegetable oil.
  • Grease the dough with ketchup, sprinkle with a little cheese.
  • Place sausage, cucumbers and tomatoes. Sprinkle the pizza with the remaining cheese and parsley on top.
  • Close the lid of the multi-cooker, set the "Pizza" or "Baking" mode for 45 minutes.
  • I made two pizzas, one made as my daughter loves. I poured ketchup on the dough, sprinkled it with cheese, put sausage, tomatoes and sweet peppers and sprinkled it with plenty of grated cheese.
  • And already the second pizza was made according to the original recipe. We liked my recipe better.

Natusik, as always, is beautiful and tasty.
Raspberries
Very beautiful and probably delicious
And how to get such beauty out of the multicooker?
lungwort
I'm also interested, but how to get it? Yes, so that beauty with cheese does not stick to another vessel?
Natusik
kirch, berry, raspberry, lungwort, girls, thanks!

And how to get such beauty out of the multicooker?

Girls, very simple! Pry a little with a spatula and tilt the saucepan, the pizza will "float" on the spatula onto a plate.

The finished masterpiece looks so tempting. I have long wanted to cook pizza in a multicooker, but nobody eats it with sausage at home, we replace it with meat. I am afraid that it will not cook properly in the "baking" mode, for sure, you need to boil it in advance. Maybe there are other options?
Natusik
Allen, Thank you!
And about boiled meat, this is one of the options, you can also make minced meat from the meat and fry it like small meatballs. I used to bake this kind of pizza. https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=149961.0

Thank you, I will definitely use your recipe I see pizza with meatballs for the first time, I think that it will turn out great in my slow cooker too. The family's favorite food after all.

Natusik, don't you put Provencal herbs in your pizza?
