Feijoa bread

Ingredients

feijoa pulp 1 ms
boiled water 1 ms
sugar 1 ms
oil 50 g
whole wheat flour 1 ms
wheat flour 1 grade 1 ms
baking powder 1.5 tsp.
soda 0.5 tsp
salt pinch
eggs 1 PC

Cooking method

  • Cut the feijoa into two parts and select the pulp with a spoon.
  • Cut the pulp into 4 parts, place in a saucepan, add sugar, butter and hot water. Bring to a boil and cook for 5 minutes. Remove from heat, let cool.
  • Sift the flour with baking powder and baking soda, add the cooled mixture and a slightly beaten egg.
  • Stir everything, put in a prepared form and smooth.
  • Top can be sprinkled with any nuts (optional).
  • Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for about 30-40 minutes.

Note

As a measure, I took ms (160 ml) from a multicooker. So it was convenient for me. You can take any measure: a cup, glass, etc., the main thing is to observe the proportions.
Bread was baked with ordinary flour, too, delicious.
The bread is obtained with an unusually delicate aroma that lasts a long time. The bread tastes very interesting. Feijoa grains are felt in it, which gradually melt in the mouth.
