Ingredients

Wheat flour 2 1/4 tbsp.
Salt 1/4 tsp
Sugar 1.5 tbsp.
Butter at room temperature 200 g
Large egg 2 pcs.
baking powder 1 tsp
Soda 1/2 tsp
Vanilla essence 2 tsp
Chocolate chips 1 1/2 tbsp.
Chopped walnuts 1 tbsp.

Cooking method

  • In a large bowl, beat the butter with a mixer. Add sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Continue whisking until fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time and vanilla, beat.
  • Add flour and beat a little at low speed, or just stir gently. Add chocolate and nuts; mix well with a wooden spoon.
  • Cover the bowl with the dough and refrigerate for 45-60 minutes.
  • Lubricate the baking sheet with oil.
  • Spoon the dough on a baking sheet at a distance of 10 cm (balls 3-4 cm in diameter). Bake in the oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges of the cookie begin to brown. The cookies should only be slightly golden.
