Ingredients

Chicken liver 500 g
Eggs 2 pcs
Onion 2 pcs
Carrot 1 large
Salt pepper taste
Flour or semolina 2 tbsp. spoons

Cooking method

  • 1. Fry the chopped onions and grated carrots (on a coarse grater) in a slow cooker, in the "frying" mode.
  • 2. Liver (you can choose any one according to your taste), wash, peel and cut into pieces. Add fried vegetables, eggs, flour or semolina to the liver. Season with salt and pepper and grind everything with a blender.
  • If you don't have a blender, you can skip everything through a meat grinder.
  • 3. Grease the multicooker bowl with oil, pour out the mass.
  • 4. Close the cover. Set the baking mode
  • Bake in a slow cooker (YUMMY YMC-506) for 150 - 40 minutes.
  • 6. After the signal, insert the steamer basket into the bowl and turn the cake with it. Remove the bowl and transfer the liver pie to a dish.
  • 7. Make a liver cake from the cooled cake.
  • We cut it into two or three cakes.
  • 8. The filling can be any. I have 2 onions fried in oil.
  • Mayonnaise - fried onions - mayonnaise, and cover with the other half. On top, too, greased with mayonnaise, and before serving - decorated with tomato slices and herbs.
  • On the photo - the blank))) put it in the refrigerator overnight.
  • The cake turns out to be very tender, similar to pate. Mine really liked it.
