  • Meanwhile, we fry the mushrooms (I have frozen butter mushrooms) in vegetable oil, add the onion there and bring to a golden brown. Do not forget to add salt and a pinch of sugar will also be useful.

  • We put some of the mushrooms in a mold in which we will bake the chicken. Mix the rest with chopped giblets and stuff our partridges tightly. We spread the birds on the mushrooms and pour the remaining sour cream on top with the addition of water. We put the laurel, allspice.

  • Cover with a lid and put into the oven at medium temperature. We periodically look and, if necessary, add some water.

  • Cooking time depends on the age, gender of the birds and the power of your oven. I baked them for about an hour and I added water twice. As a result, one of the partridges was already like fluff and the second a little harder. When the chicken is ready, remove the lid and let it brown for 5-10 minutes.
