Kefir, or mayonnaise, or soy sauce taste
Salt, pepper, meat spices, dill and parsley taste
Vegetable oil for roasting meat and mushrooms
Sweet red wine (I have Cahors) 250 ml
Bay leaf 6-7 pcs.

Cooking method

  • I take 1.5 - 1.6 kg carcass of a rabbit, I divide it in half. From half a rabbit + 700-800 g of mushrooms and cook. We marinate a rabbit cut into pieces for the night in what you are more used to - in kefir, mayonnaise, soy sauce (you can + a spoonful of honey) and add a lot of onion and garlic, cut into slices - 5-6 large cloves like on a barbecue. Salt, pepper, sprinkle herbs - which one falls on the soul, and lavrushka 4-5 leaves. The whole thing for 12 hours in the refrigerator on the bottom shelf. And then everything is simple - the oil grows. in the cartoon, into it a rabbit for "Fry-Meat" until it is browned. Then I add the onion, cut into half rings and fry with it. While our rabbit is fried in a cartoon, in a frying pan, to save time, I fry mushrooms - whole champignons over high heat (in oil). Although my frying pan is large, I have to divide the mushrooms into 2 servings - I put them in 1 layer. Then I pour the mushrooms into the cartoon for the meat (I turn off the "Fry"), pour hot water from the kettle into it for approx. 1 multi-glass, Cahors wine 1 glass 250 ml, salt, pepper, put lavrushka and on "Stew" for 1 hour. About 10 minutes before the end, I add a lot of greens - dill and parsley. And that's all. But delicious, very, very!

But it is quite possible to do it with dry wine - it will be very tasty, but a completely different taste! Of course, I didn't weigh the fried mushrooms, but they don't lose much volume - I have a frying pan 28 cm in diameter, I fry 2 times in one layer in a pan.
