Zucchini baked with cheese, tomatoes and leek in the Bork U700 multicooker

Ingredients

Zucchini 600 g
Leek 1 average
Tomatoes 3 large.
Hard cheese 150 g
Breadcrumbs 0.5 cups
Butter 30 gr.
Rast. oil

Cooking method

  • Let's prepare the vegetables first. Cut the zucchini into 0.5 cm slices. Leek - rings 1 cm thick. Tomatoes in small cubes. Lightly fry the croutons in butter until a delicious fried aroma and set aside to cool. Prepare frying from leek and tomatoes (first, bring the leek with a small amount of vegetable oil until golden brown, then there the tomatoes. Evaporate, leaving only a small amount of liquid. Salt and pepper (and croutons and frying can be done separately in a frying pan, but it is possible in the multitude in the "Oven" mode, level 3, in turn, of course). Cheese (I have Maasdam) grate on a coarse grater. So, now we put everything in a heap. sprinkle with half of the breadcrumbs. Then, in an even layer, half the roast. On top - half the cheese. Then again zucchini, etc. When everything is laid, close the lid and set the "Oven" mode 1 level for 15 minutes. Then switch to "Multi-cook" 102 deg. and another 15 minutes. Everything. Open the lid, take out the bowl and let it cool so that our warm casserole becomes. We take it out neatly, in parts, with a large chef's spoon, each piece in a plate. It is not realistic to get a whole piece. Bon appetit! Yes, cop tati, at first the casserole looks pale, but as it cools, the cheese turns a little yellow and the result is quite nice. Thanks for the warm welcome, Vei! I didn't even expect. I am very pleased to be in your company. As for the "foolishness", you are right. At first I didn't even want to exhibit this recipe, so as not to get it in the neck. But on the other hand ... we do fry for soup, for example, and it doesn't really matter for us, 15 minutes and it's done. Well, there are still a couple of minutes for crackers, and in the same pan, only before frying. Then we just put everything in a cartoon. So I decided - oh, I wasn’t ... I’ll lay out the recipe, what if it’s useful to someone. And the photo turned out to be painfully tasty, like the casserole itself. The only thing I'm going to modify is the cooking mode. I don't like making two different jokes. I love it this way: I pressed the button and rode off for a manicure. Returned - everything is ready! True, this only applies to the multicooker, I’m so impudent with her. And so, I practically do not get out of the kitchen. I love to adore. By the way, I just wanted to consult with you about the regime.I was sitting here on the sly, reading the forums with your participation and I realized that you ate the dog on these multicooker. Can you tell me which mode to choose, so that in 30 minutes you can stew and fry a little? A?
