Hake stewed in sauce (multicooker Polaris)

Ingredients

hake fish 1 kg.
carrots, onions 2-3 averages
salt pepper taste
honey 1 st. l.
sour cream 0.5 cups
tomato sauce 2/3 cups
lemon 0.5 pcs.

Cooking method

  • Prepare the fish (I have a hake weighing 1 kg, cut into portioned pieces) - lightly salt, pepper, pour over 0.5 lemon juice - let stand in such a marinade for about an hour. Pour a little oil into the o / w bowl and lightly fry 2 medium onions and 2-3 medium carrots, then put some vegetables on a plate. Next (there is a layer of vegetables in the bowl) put a portion of fish, pour it over with sauce (3/4 cups of sour cream + 0.5 cups of tomato sauce + 1 tbsp. L. Honey + water to the desired density), then another layer of vegetables, etc. Pour in the remaining sauce (my liquid did not cover the fish), turn on the STEWING or MULTI-COOK mode for about 45 minutes, at the end of the work, turn it off and let the dish "ripen". Garnish with mashed potatoes. Bon Appetit Hake stewed in sauce (multicooker Polaris)

Great recipe. I cook it often, but only in the oven. Somehow it did not occur to me that it is possible in a slow cooker. Thanks for the idea and for the detailed explanation.
