Cramble with pumpkin, lime and hazelnuts

Ingredients

pumpkin 400-450 g
juice and zest of half a lime
light honey (liquid) 2 h l
butter 30 g
For crumble:
oat flakes 75 g
hazelnuts (hazelnuts) 50 g
butter 75 g
sugar 75 g
cinnamon on the tip of a knife

Cooking method

  • 1. Peel the pumpkin and cut into cubes. Melt the butter in a saucepan, put the pumpkin and simmer over medium heat for 2-3 minutes. Then add the juice and lime zest, honey and keep on the fire for another 3-4 minutes - the resulting syrup should evaporate by about half and slightly thicken. Put the finished pumpkin in the molds, filling them two-thirds full.
  • 2. For crumble, combine oatmeal, ground hazelnuts, sugar and cinnamon. Rub the resulting mixture with chilled butter into crumbs and distribute it evenly over the molds.
  • 3. Put in an oven preheated to 180C for 30-40 minutes. Serve warm.

The dish is designed for

4-6 servings (depending on the size of the molds)
