Curd-yoghurt cake (multicooker Maruchi RW-FZ47)

Ingredients

Flour 2.5 cups
egg 3 pcs
yogurt 150 ml
cottage cheese 150 ml
sugar 3/4 glass
butter 100 g
cocoa 1-2 tbsp. l.
baking powder 1 sachet (10 g)
walnuts 3 - 5 pieces

Cooking method

  • Mix cottage cheese and yogurt, melt the butter.
  • Combine flour with cocoa and baking powder.
  • Beat the eggs with sugar with a mixer, without stopping beating, add the curd-yogurt mixture and melted butter. Add flour to this mass gradually. We should have a pancake-like dough or a little thicker.
  • Put the dough in a greased bowl, flatten, sprinkle with chopped walnuts on top.

  • Baking 50 minutes + 10 minutes keeping warm.

Note

Ingredients were measured in 200 ml glasses, cottage cheese and yoghurt used homemade, homemade.
Immediately after cooking, the cake made an impression on me of a slightly damp baking, but the next day not even a trace of this moisture remained (apparently "ripe"), and a nice, well-baked cake turned out. It even seems to me that 10 minutes on the heat is not needed, it just happened that I did not hear the signal from the multicooker, but now I describe exactly how it was prepared, and next time I will try to bake this cake without aging on the heating.
