Pork ribs with potatoes in spicy sauce in Steba DD1 ECO

Ingredients

Pork ribs 500 g
Potatoes 4-6 pieces
Onion 1 piece is not large
A tomato 1 pc medium
Spicy pepper 1-2 pcs
Basil (any herb you love) 1 bundle is not large
Soy sauce not much, to taste
Wine vinegar 1 teaspoon
Olive oil (sunflower oil can be used) 2 tablespoons
Garlic 3-4 cloves
Salt pepper taste

Cooking method

  • Preparation:
  • 1. Rinse the ribs, dry and cut into pieces of 2-3-4 ribs (portionwise). Season with salt on both sides, pepper a little. Drizzle some soy sauce over the meat. Cut the onions in half or a quarter into rings, do not grind, add a little salt and mash with your hands so that the juice goes. Place the onion over the meat.
  • 2. Prepare the marinade sauce. In a blender bowl, cut a large tomato, hot pepper (I put one with seeds, if you want to put 2-3 more sharply), basil leaves, salt a little, pepper, add wine vinegar and olive oil. We pass everything through a blender. Then fill the ribs with this mixture. Leave it for at least 20-30 minutes. They stood for about 2 hours.
  • 3. We clean the ribs from the marinade. (We DO NOT throw away the marinade!) Turn on the Stebik, Teflon bowl, Roasting mode for 10 minutes, after the signal, put the ribs and fry for 5 minutes on each side (if you have more ribs, then fry in parts).
  • 4. While the ribs are fried, clean the potatoes and cut into large slices. My potatoes were not large, I cut them into 4-6 pieces. Salt the potatoes and put them in the marinade with onions. Mix everything well.
  • 5. When the ribs are fried, put the potatoes in a bowl, take out the meat on top of the potatoes. Add whole garlic cloves. Meat mode, pressure 0.7, 30 minutes. I did not release the pressure, stood for 10 minutes after the end of the program.

Note: I got the idea for this dish from Markovich. He did it in the oven. Below are potatoes, above are meat with sauce. I had to change under Shtebik.
The meat turned out to be soft, juicy with a golden brown crust. The potatoes turned out to be very interesting and tasty. Recommend. Bon Appetit!
