Ingredients

Pumpkin, grated on a fine grater 1 stkn
Granulated sugar 1/2 stkn
Vegetable oil 3 tbsp. l.
Egg 1 PC
Wheat flour (sift) 1 stkn
Baking powder 1 tsp
Nutmeg
Ground cinnamon

Cooking method

  • Move pumpkin with sugar, add butter, egg, nutmeg (your favorite spices for baking), stir with a fork.
  • Pour in the sifted flour with baking powder, the dough is quite thick.
  • Fill the molds 3/4 full, sprinkle the center of each cake with cinnamon.
  • Bake in a preheated oven until 180-200aboutFrom about 15 minutes

Today I baked these muffins again, only replaced the pumpkin with bananas (I have already run out of pumpkin). It turned out very tasty too! By the way, I baked it in paper tins. I just put them on a baking sheet. When the cupcakes have cooled down a little, the paper molds can be easily removed.
