Ingredients

For the test:
Wheat flour 300 gr.
Water 85 ml
Milk 85 ml
Olive oil 1.7 tbsp. l.
Salt 0.8 tsp
Sugar 2.5 tsp
Dry yeast 1.2 tsp
For the shaving brush:
Fresh garlic 3 cloves
Green onion (without white part) 25 gr.
Butter 35 gr.

Cooking method

  • Knead the dough. I did this in the Binaton 2169 bread maker, putting the products in the trail. order: water, milk, salt, sugar, olive oil, flour, yeast. TEST mode 1 hour 50 minutes.
  • To prepare a shaving brush: pass the garlic through a hand press. Chop green onions with a knife. Melt the butter and mix with the garlic and onion.
  • Curls with garlic and green onions
  • Roll out the finished dough into a rectangle measuring 50x30 cm.
  • Apply a brush evenly to the dough. Roll the roll along the long side. Cut into 12 identical stumps (about 4 cm each).
  • Take a muffin pan. Grease it with a little butter. Put the "stumps" in the form. Sprinkle with coarse sea salt on top, just a little.
  • Curls with garlic and green onions
  • Bake curls in a preheated 200-210 * oven for 15-20 minutes (focus on your oven).
