Ingredients

flour 3 glasses
sugar 1.5 cups
eggs 5 pieces
honey 4.5 Art. l.
baking powder 1.5 tsp
soda 0.75 tsp
For the cream:
sour cream 500 ml
sugar 1 glass

Cooking method

  • Honey cake in a multicooker Comfort Fy
  • Beat eggs with sugar. Add melted honey to the eggs, without stopping to beat the egg mass with a mixer.
  • Mix flour, baking soda and baking powder and sift through a sieve. Add gradually to the beaten eggs, stir gently. Grease a bowl from a multicooker with butter, sprinkle with sugar and pour the dough into it.
  • We turn on the pressure cooker on the Baking program and bake in two programs for 36 minutes (total 1 hour 12 minutes). Cool the finished biscuit and cut into 3-4 cakes, as you wish.
  • To prepare the cream, beat the sour cream with the gradual addition of sugar until thickened. The cream can be anything you want.
  • Smear the finished biscuit cakes with sour cream.
  • Let the honey cake brew and serve.
