Pumpkin puree with sage and thyme in a Redmond multicooker

Ingredients

pumpkin 500 g
potatoes 200 g
garlic 1 clove
ghee 30 g
sage fresh leaves 10 pieces
thyme fresh leaves 1 tsp
milk 1-2 tbsp. l.
salt

Cooking method

  • Place the peeled and diced pumpkin and potatoes in a MV pot, add garlic and 1 ms of water. Switch on the steam program for 40 minutes. During the program, the degree of readiness of vegetables can be controlled (optional), they can be ready earlier.
  • When vegetables are ready, add butter and milk, puree, salt and pepper as desired.
  • Melt remaining ghee in a skillet over medium heat. Add sage and thyme. Fry the sage until crisp.
  • Add to puree.
