Plum soufflé

Ingredients

fresh or frozen plums 500 g
eggs 4 things
sugar 120 g + 4 tbsp. l
wheat flour 130 g
milk 300 g
butter for greasing the mold 20 g
powdered sugar

Cooking method

  • The taste of this soufflé is more like a flonyard or clafoutis, only low-fat.
  • I found this recipe in the magazine "Culinary Workshop" No. 4 in 2013 and replaced the cherries in it with frozen plums.
  • All summer I was going to make this soufflé from fresh fruits, but I only made it now from frozen ones.
  • The dessert is prepared very easily and quickly.
  • First, beat the eggs with sugar and gradually add the sifted flour - in portions so that there are no lumps.
  • Pour milk in a thin stream and get a very thin dough.
  • Grease the baking dish with butter and sprinkle with sugar - put 2 tbsp. spoons.
  • Spread the plum (cherry) evenly and sprinkle with the remaining sugar again.
  • Pour the dough over the berries and bake for 35-40 minutes.
  • Sprinkle the cooled dessert with icing sugar.

Note

You can use any fruit and berries or a mixture of them. I had alcoholized black chokeberry from the tincture. I also added it to dessert.
