Turkey drumstick jellied in a Brand-6051 pressure cooker

Ingredients

Shin 2 pcs
onion 1 PC
Salt pepper taste
Gelatin 30-50gr.

Cooking method

  • Process the drumsticks, put in a saucepan, add spices, onions, water. MEAT program 2 hours.
  • After the signal, release the pressure. Remove the shins, add the diluted gelatin. Put the meat (I throw away the skin) in the molds, add the garlic. Pour over the strained broth.
  • I had huge shins, 2 pieces fit. If you take less than 3 pieces, the time to set is 1h30min. The pressure does not need to be relieved.

The dish is designed for

5 molds 12cmX12cm.

Time for preparing:

1h30-2h

Cooking program:

Meat

And without gelatin will not solidify? We don't like the taste after adding it.

They will freeze if you take 4-5 drumsticks and less water, just cover the meat, boil down and it will be fine. You can add 1-2 pork hooves-drumsticks to the turkey - just do super jellied meat without gelatin

I read this message and was glad that there was no need to guess how to boil meat for jellied meat. Now I will do: 2 pork legs and 2 chicken legs. Put on -Meat for 2 hours. I hope it will be fine.

What does it taste like with gelatin? There were just experiments on non-loving gelatin, they did not feel anything.)))

Gelatin has practically no taste compared to agar
