  • I am sure that you can do without grains. I do not cut apples very finely, medium. I do not soak. I'm just rinsing. Added 1 more tbsp. l. black cumin. But, again, the same .... and without it, the bread will turn out delicious, with a slight apple sourness. Perfect for breakfast!

The recipe had to be adjusted.
1. Replaced water with whey (utilized whey).
2. No grains, I used premium flour.
The bread turned out to be fragrant, with a slight apple sourness. Exactly what is needed.
