Ingredients

For the cheesecake:
Cottage cheese 600 g
White chocolate 100 g
Crystalline sugar 1/3 stkn * (75 g)
Egg M 3 pcs
Vanilla pod (seed) 1 PC
For brownie:
Bitter chocolate 100 g
Butter 100 g
Egg M 3 pcs
Crystalline sugar 1/3 cup (75 g)
Cocoa powder 3 tbsp. l.
Wheat flour, premium 1 cup (160 g)
Cognac 2 tbsp. l.
Additionally:
Oreo cookies 16 pcs (180 g)
* glass = 250 ml

Cooking method
