Ingredients

Bacon 6 long slices
Vegetable oil
Tarragon (tarragon) 5 twigs

Cooking method

  • Autumn is a series of events and holidays in my family. I saw a quick and very simple recipe and decided to cook it. The result pleased me - a juicy and tender fish.
  • The combination of fish and bacon will not seem to everyone, as they say, kosher, but gourmets will give it its due. After all, trout is a little dryish fish, so this method of baking will make it extremely tasty.
  • Grease gutted trout with vegetable oil inside and out, stuff with tarragon. Season a little. I didn’t salt, and the bacon was enough!
  • Put the slices of bacon, previously toasted in the oven, overlapping on a baking sheet. I immediately overlapped the bacon on the foil and put it in the oven for a couple of minutes.
  • Place the fish across, and then wrap it in bacon like a blanket. By the type of pigtails, alternately on each side along a strip, with an overlap.
  • Bake the trout in bacon at 180 degrees. I got about 20 - 25 minutes in time.
  • For the side dish A. Zimin recommends making such a side dish. Cut the celery and peeled cucumbers into strips. Simmer over medium heat with chopped garlic and parsley. Serve the lemon platter.
  • And we got along with potatoes for a side dish!
